Once we landed on a date and time, Rob kept in touch via email to confirm the appointment and answer my anticipated questions before I even had to ask. Little things that matter so much, such as where to park, he communicated before I arrived. He greeted me at the door looking exactly like his picture (and y'all know that isn't always the case). He showed me the massage room, indicated where I could place my personal belongings, and ran the shower for me. His home was immaculate (also not always the case).
